Information we collect
We collect information you provide when booking services or classes, including your name, contact details, date of birth, appointment or enrollment details, intake information, communications, consent records, and payment status. A payment processor may collect card information directly; SkinSense should not store complete card numbers.
How information is used
We use information to schedule and deliver services and training, order student kits, communicate confirmations and reminders, maintain client and student records, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with law, and send marketing when consent has been provided.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with hosting, database, payment, email, SMS, analytics, professional advisers, and other vendors supporting the business, or when required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or a business transfer. SkinSense does not sell personal information.
SMS and email choices
Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase where prohibited by law. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop marketing texts and START to resubscribe. Marketing email must include an unsubscribe method. Transactional messages related to an active booking may still be sent where permitted.
Data security and retention
SkinSense uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information maintained. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for business, tax, dispute, safety, and legal purposes, then deleted or de-identified when practical.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, or deletion of appropriate records, or update communication preferences, by contacting hello@skinsensebychris.com. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes. Children under 13 should not submit information through this site.
